Registration for the Rules Development Camp December 4-6, 2026 in Rutherfordton, NC. Registration closes November 27, 2026. Camps may fill before the deadline — early registration is strongly encouraged.

Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of registration.
- Registration is not complete until payment is received.
- A camp spot is not held without payment.

The Piedmont Metrolina Collegiate Umpires Association (PMCU) marks a significant advancement in the development of collegiate baseball officiating across the Piedmont and Charlotte metropolitan areas.
Established in 2012 by seasoned umpires Dave Brown and Gary Swanson, PMCU was founded with a clear mission: to create legitimate opportunities for umpires in these regions to officiate college baseball games. Since its inception, the association has grown substantially, expanding its reach across five states and contributing to the professional development of hundreds of umpires, fostering both excellence and growth in collegiate officiating.
