Set A Clear Path Toward Success.

The 2-Man Development Camp is the ideal camp for aspiring college-level umpires ready to refine their mechanics and elevate their professionalism.

Led by a team of seasoned collegiate umpires who bring decades of combined experience and a commitment to mentoring the next generation of officiating talent.

On Saturday evening, all attendees are invited to a special camp dinner, an excellent opportunity for camaraderie, networking, and further informal discussion with camp leaders and peers.

Throughout the camp, participants will receive a comprehensive evaluation of their umpiring skills and attend professional development sessions covering officiating conduct, personal branding, and strategies for advancing in college baseball.

The camp begins on Friday evening, featuring a classroom setting from 6:00–10:00 pm, providing a focused introduction to classroom concepts and the camp structure.

Both Saturday and Sunday start at 7:30 am with pre-game preparation sessions, ensuring participants are fully prepared for practical, on-field instruction and learning throughout each day, which concludes at 6:00 pm.

Lunch breaks are provided on your own on both days, allowing participants flexibility during the midday interval.

Attendees will also receive recommendations for advanced camps and additional development opportunities based on their performance and evaluations.

This event offers a hands-on, supportive environment where umpires can gain direct, actionable feedback, interact with influential figures in college umpiring, and set a clear path toward success at the collegiate level.

If you are committed to pursuing excellence in umpiring, join us and take the next step in your officiating career.
